Copyright & takedown policy
Pro Studio is a website builder. Users direct what gets built and are solely responsible for the designs, copy, and images they create or import. If you believe someone used Pro Studio to copy your website, theme, or paid template, tell us and we will act.
What users agree to
Every account agrees to our Terms of Use, which prohibit using Pro Studio to reproduce a website, theme, or template the user does not own or have permission to adapt. In addition, before any site can be exported, the account holder must affirmatively confirm — in a timestamped record we retain — that they own the design or have the right to use it. We can produce that record in response to a valid notice.
How to submit a notice
Email support@tryprostudio.com with the subject line Copyright notice and include:
- Your name, organization, and contact details.
- The URL of your original design, plus proof you own or license it.
- The URL, exported site, or account you believe is infringing.
- A description of what specifically was copied (layout, copy, images, code).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we respond
- We acknowledge complete notices within 5 business days.
- Where a notice is substantiated, we may remove or disable the site in question, revoke export access, and suspend or terminate repeat-infringing accounts.
- We will forward the notice to the account holder so they can respond or submit a counter-notice.
- Content already exported and uploaded to a user's own Kajabi site is hosted by them, not by us — those requests must also go to the hosting platform.
Counter-notices
If your site was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you hold the necessary rights, email support@tryprostudio.com with an explanation and any licence, invoice, or authorization you rely on. We will review and, where appropriate, restore access.
Template designers
If you sell Kajabi templates and want your demo domains flagged inside Pro Studio's clone workflows, email support@tryprostudio.com with the domains. We maintain a list that warns or blocks those sources.
