1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pro Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pro Studio is an MCP-connected design tool that allows users to create Kajabi website templates through AI agents (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients). You retain ownership of the designs and content you create. Pro Studio does not host your site — it produces real Kajabi template files you upload into your own account.

Pro Studio does NOT include AI access. You must maintain your own paid subscription to ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI service you connect via MCP. Pro Studio is strictly the design and export layer — it has no AI model of its own.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to distribute malicious software. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments, Credits, and Exports

Designing in Pro Studio is free. Exporting a site or template requires export credits, which you purchase in bundles through Stripe, our secure payment provider.

5.1 Credit bundles

We currently offer the following bundles. Prices are in USD and are charged once, at the time of purchase:

Bundle contents, pricing, and availability may change at any time. The bundles shown in your account at the time of purchase are the bundles you are charged for.

5.2 How credits are consumed

Each export consumes one credit per modified block since that block was last exported. Unmodified blocks do not consume credits on re-export. The exact credit cost of an export is shown to you in the confirmation dialog before you confirm.

Credits are pooled at the account level and may be used on any template, website, or landing page you create.

5.3 Expiration

Purchased credits expire 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded, restored, or exchanged.

5.4 Your acknowledgement at export

By confirming an export, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Credits are deducted immediately when you confirm the export and the export job begins.
• Export credits are non-refundable, including (without limitation) cases where you change your mind, re-export the same site, are dissatisfied with the exported file, or experience issues uploading the exported file into Kajabi or any third-party platform.
• Purchased credit bundles are non-refundable once any credit from the bundle has been used, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
• We may, at our sole discretion, issue goodwill credit re-grants in cases of verified technical failure on our side (for example, an export that did not produce a usable file due to a Pro Studio bug). This is a courtesy, not an obligation.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not confirm the export.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the templates and content you create. Pro Studio retains ownership of the platform, software, and any templates provided as starting points. You may not resell the Pro Studio platform itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pro Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
