What exactly is a credit?
One credit = one modified block. You can edit, preview, and iterate as much as you want for free — credits are only spent when you click Export, and only for blocks you changed since the last export. Unmodified blocks are free to re-export.
Can I re-export a site I already exported?
Yes — and you only pay for blocks you changed since your last export. Unmodified blocks are free to re-export, so most people iterate 2–4 times before the final .zip.
What Kajabi template does Pro Studio use?
Pro Studio ships an extended version of the familiar Kajabi template you already know, with five years of custom functionality built on top and an AI-first structure agents design against. Full story on the homepage.
Can I import an existing Kajabi template?
Yes. From the dashboard, click Import website template or Import landing page template and upload the .zip you exported from Kajabi. Pro Studio round-trips it — every block, page, and asset comes across intact, and you can then edit it with AI.
Does Pro Studio need my Kajabi login?
No. Pro Studio never touches your Kajabi account. You build here, download the .zip, and upload it into Kajabi yourself. Your Kajabi credentials stay with you.
What AI models can I use?
Pro Studio includes a visual builder plus an MCP server, so you can drive it from your own AI client. Connect via MCP (see Connect Claude / ChatGPT) and use whichever model that client provides — Claude Sonnet, GPT-5, etc.
Can I collaborate with a team?
Not yet — every account currently owns its own sites. Team seats are on the roadmap.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits expire 365 days from purchase.
Refund policy?
All sales are final.

If something doesn't look right, email us the site ID and a screenshot and we'll take a look.
